We are not just Turks & Caicos experts, but are located and operate on the islands in Providenciales – less that 10 minutes from all of the properties that we rent, maintain and manage.

Long gone are the days of old when pirates plied their nefarious trade on these beautiful islands, using them as a base of operations in the 1600s and 1700s, giving rise to the name “Turks”, which used to be synonymous with pirate. The name Turks and Caicos was a warning to “beware the buccaneers” in the Caicos Islands. We love this history as much as we love being part of the local family of professionals and residents who assist us in elevating the island experience.

Allied Management is owned and operated by the Camarro Family, originally from Toronto, Canada. Their journey all started with their first visit to Turks and Caicos in 1998 when they too experienced the many unique things about the island that make it one of the most desirable destinations in the entire world. From this first visit – and many more – the family knew that they wanted to be a part of the island’s unique community of owners and the growing number of ex-patriots in the business community. And so it all began.

Building from his very notable background in real estate, property management, and development in Canada and the US, Allied Management CEO, Kyle Camarro led the purchase of two established Providenciales properties. Grace Bay Place & Island Club Turks are the basis for their initial ‘footprint’ on the island. Then in 2022, they acquired Allied Properties that represented a set of owner units in highly-regarded Villa Renaissance, also in Providenciales.

Today Allied Management welcomes guests from around the world and despite its global reach – will always have a local presence.
